These terms govern your use of Ennak, the recipe planning and shopping list application at ennak.net. By using Ennak, you agree to these terms.
The service
Ennak lets you save recipes, plan meals, and build shopping lists. Features may change over time. We provide the service on an “as is” basis and aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information when signing in.
- Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user’s data without permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of recipes and other content you add. You grant Ennak a limited licence to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the service for you (including household sharing you enable).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to upload malicious content.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or overload the service without permission.
- Reverse engineer or circumvent security measures except where law allows.
Free service
Ennak is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future with notice. Price changes will not apply retroactively without consent.
Termination
You may stop using Ennak at any time and request account deletion via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and other users.
Disclaimer
Recipe instructions and ingredient information are for general cooking purposes. Ennak is not responsible for allergic reactions, food safety incidents, or outcomes from following user-generated or imported recipes. Always verify ingredients and cooking steps yourself.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ennak and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero for the free tier).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.
